Delivery details

Working Process:

Orders received are processed in the order they are received. Preparation will take place as quickly as possible to minimize the delivery time to couriers. We check codes, markings, quantities, and the accuracy of document data. We visually inspect the condition of products and packaging before packing. We ensure that products reach you safely. In exceptional cases, certain products, quantities, or destinations may be excluded from the normal delivery process.

How You Receive Your Order:

1. We ship via courier. We always choose the most efficient solution so that products arrive in good condition and as quickly as possible. *(Available for all customers)*

2. Receive your order in a locker (EasyBox Sameday). Choose a location near your home or workplace or in any other city where you need the materials. Avoid the hassle of transportation, and you can authorize another person to pick up the order using the unlock code provided by the courier. The maximum volumetric size of the package after packing is 47/44.5/39 cm. Most of our products fit within these specifications. *(Available for all customers)*

3. Pick up the goods yourself from our warehouses located in the Bucharest - Ilfov area. **(Available ONLY for resellers/decorators)**

4. We deliver to the specified location anywhere in Romania. We handle all logistics. ***(For orders over 20,000 lei excluding VAT, 23,800 lei including VAT; available for all customers)***

Delivery Fees:

1. Individuals and legal entities: 25 lei for orders between 1 and 299 lei (VAT included)

          Free for orders of at least 300 lei (VAT included)

2. Resellers: 25 lei for orders between 1 and 999 lei (VAT included)

         35 lei for orders between 1,000 and 1,999 lei (VAT included)

         45 lei for orders between 2,000 and 5,000 lei (VAT included)

         Free for orders of at least 5,000 lei (VAT included)

3. Individuals, legal entities, resellers: 19 lei for orders delivered to a locker (EasyBox Sameday), provided that the entire order meets the required volume and weight conditions.

Delivery Schedule:

Orders received by 12:00 PM are handed over to couriers on the same day and are usually delivered the next business day. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday of the following week.
