Delivery details

Working method:

Orders received are processed in the order they are received. The actual preparation will take place as soon as possible so that the delivery time to the couriers is as short as possible. We check codes, markings, quantities, correspondence of data in documents. We visually inspect the condition of the products and packaging before packing. We ensure that the products will reach you safely. Exceptionally, certain products, quantities or destinations may be exempted from the normal delivery flow.

How to receive your order:

1. We ship by courier and you receive the package at the specified address. We always choose the most efficient solution so that the products reach you in good condition and in the shortest possible time. * (valid for all customers)*

2. Pick up your order from EasyBox / Sameday Point. Choose a location near your office/home or in any other location in the country where you will need the materials. Get rid of the worry of transportation and you can authorize another person to pick up the order based on the unlock code sent by the courier. The maximum volume of the resulting package after packaging the ordered products is 47/44.5/39 cm. Most of our products fall within the specifications. *(valid for all customers)*

3. Pick up the goods yourself from our warehouses located in the Bucharest - Ilfov area **(valid ONLY for resellers/decorators)**

4. We deliver to the indicated location, anywhere in Romania. We take care of all logistics. ***(for orders greater than 20,000 lei excluding VAT, 23,800 lei including VAT; valid for all customers) ***

Delivery fees:

1. Delivery to the address - 25 Lei - for individuals, legal entities, resellers, decorators;

2. Delivery to Sameday EasyBox/ Sameday Point - 25 Lei - for individuals, legal entities, resellers, decorators. The express condition is that the entire order meets the permitted volume and weight requirements.

Delivery schedule:

Orders received by 12:00 noon are handed over to the couriers on the same day and will usually be delivered the next business day. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday of the following week.
