RETURN POLICY
GOODS/SERVICES AND CUSTOMERS/BUYERS FOR WHOM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS NOT PROVIDED

Individual customers may request the return of products ordered and already delivered within a maximum of 14 calendar days from their receipt. For this, please communicate your name, address and order number to us, thus ensuring a smooth return procedure. The return request is made in writing by e-mail stating the reason for the return and the return method or by accessing the online form available on the website: Return form

Product returns are accepted by LUVIMIXT IMPEX only if the following conditions are met:

1. The products are sealed in their original packaging, being in the same condition as when they were delivered to you; this check is carried out in the LUVIMIXT IMPEX warehouses upon receipt of the return. The packaging must not be scratched, torn or deformed;

2. Upon delivery of the products, the warranty certificate (in original) is also sent, where applicable;

3. All costs for the transport of the products returned to the LUVIMIXT IMPEX warehouses are borne exclusively by you. The fee charged for the return will be equal to the amount of the fee paid for the initial delivery. If the buyer does not pay this transport at the time of return, LUVIMIXT IMPEX reserves the right to withhold the transport costs from the value of the products to be returned.

In case of accepting a product return, LUVIMIXT IMPEX will issue a "storno" invoice, in accordance with the legal provisions in force, upon receipt of the products in its warehouse. Within a maximum of 30 calendar days from receipt of the products in the warehouse, LUVIMIXT IMPEX will refund the value of the products to the buyer according to the conditions of this document.

The refund of amounts received from the return service will be made under the following conditions:

1. For amounts paid by bank card or payment order, the refund will be made by bank transfer, to the bank account from which the payment was made or to the bank account indicated by the customer in the return request;

Careful!

Products that are only brought following a special order cannot be returned.

Products must be returned in good condition and without the original packaging having been damaged or opened in any way. Upon opening the packaging, you are deemed to have accepted the product as being suitable for your needs and it cannot be returned unless a representative of our company determines that the product has manufacturing defects.

Attention!

According to the legislation in force, namely OG 34/2014, the withdrawal from the purchase is applicable only to individual customers and only in the case of products delivered by courier.

PFAs and legal entities do not benefit from the right of return within 14 days. The ANPC does not intervene in a contract between a legal entity and a store, it is considered as any other contract concluded between two companies and the issues are resolved in court on commercial law cases.
