Why Order Online?
Orders can be placed at any time and from any location using a device connected to the internet. You have more time to carefully review the entire offer and the specific information about the products you are interested in. Products available in stock will be reserved from the moment the order is placed.
I received my package but noticed that some invoiced items are missing. What should I do?

How can I return one or more of the ordered products?
You can request a return for one or more products within 14 days of receiving the order, without providing a reason, by filling out the return form available here: https://www.luvshop.ro/index.php?route=account/return/add
How can I check if products are in stock?
All products in our offer that have an active "Add to Cart" button are physically available in our warehouses and can be shipped as soon as possible. Products with the "View Details" button are currently out of stock but will be restocked soon.
