1. Why should I order online?
Orders can be placed at any time and from any location using a device that can connect to the internet. You have more time to carefully study the entire offer and specific information about the products of interest. Products present in stock will be reserved from the moment the order is placed.
2. I received the package but noticed that some of the items invoiced were missing. How do I proceed?

3. How can I return one or more products I ordered?
You can request the return of one or more products within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving any reason, by completing the return form that you can find here https://www.luvshop.ro/index.php?route=account/return/add
4. How can I check if the products are in stock?
All products in our offer that have an active "Add to Cart" button are present in physical stock in our warehouses and can be shipped as soon as possible. Products accompanied by the "See details" button are currently out of stock but will be restocked soon.
